Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid credential or license as a School Psychologist (California eligibility a plus)
- Experience providing school psychological services in K-5 environments
- Skilled in assessment, counseling, and consultation with students, families, and faculty
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish to foster clear communication with diverse communities
- Comfort using technology platforms for virtual service delivery
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and support eligibility processes
- Deliver counseling and intervention services both in-person and virtually
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education and intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decisions
- Offer culturally responsive guidance and recommendations
- Maintain clear documentation and accurate reports
