Step into a dynamic role supporting K-5 students as a bilingual School Psychologist in a contract position near Palo Alto, CA. This hybrid opportunity offers the perfect balance—spend one meaningful day each week engaging with elementary students and staff onsite, with a second day of work conducted virtually. You’ll play an essential part in helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification or state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with elementary-aged children (K–5)
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with a range of psycho-educational assessments, crisis intervention, and MTSS
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families, both in-person and remotely
• Comfortable managing a blended schedule with onsite and virtual responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to help identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
• Provide direct counseling and guidance to students to support their emotional well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and teams to develop and implement IEPs and support plans
• Offer crisis intervention services and support a positive school climate
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in virtual team meetings, consults, and case conferences as needed
