Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary (K-6) students highly preferred
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and behavior intervention
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school teams
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Flexibility and openness to serve during both current and next school year terms (CSY and NSY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for referred students
  • Develop and contribute to IEPs and 504 plans, offering expertise on student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Provide crisis support, individual and group counseling, and consultative services
  • Facilitate positive behavioral supports and strategies in the classroom
  • Maintain up-to-date student records and reports in compliance with district and legal guidelines
