Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and intervention strategies
• Deep understanding of child development, learning differences, and special education processes
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with students, families, and educators
• Familiarity with IEP planning and compliance is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings to guide educational planning
• Provide direct and indirect interventions for students’ academic, behavioral, and social/emotional challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise for eligibility and placement decisions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans
• Deliver consultation services and professional development to school staff as needed
• Maintain accurate records, adhere to established procedures, and ensure confidentiality at all times

This is an onsite-only position supporting elementary students for the full school year calendar. Two positions are available, with a Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week).
