What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or appropriate state licensure
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated experience with elementary caseloads, including behavioral and academic assessments
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, teachers, families, and administrative staff
  • Comprehensive understanding of social-emotional learning, IEP development, and MTSS/RTI processes
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, functional behavior assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Work directly with students to provide counseling and crisis interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insight and recommendations for eligible students
  • Consult with teachers and other staff to develop strategies that promote student success
  • Engage families and caregivers in understanding and supporting their child’s growth
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
