Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Demonstrated experience with cognitive and academic assessments
  • Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Working knowledge of the Student Support Team (SST) process
  • Proficient using Q-Interactive for testing and evaluations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt between in-person and remote responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive cognitive and academic testing to support student evaluations
  • Complete initial FBAs and collaborate with educators and staff regarding behavioral interventions
  • Actively participate in SST meetings, contributing expertise on student needs and recommended supports
  • Prepare detailed reports, assessment results, and documentation in accordance with district and state policies
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to teams and families in a clear, actionable manner
