Candidates will manage approximately 40-50 students for case management and provide counseling services to 2-8 students. Your expertise will help identify student needs, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and guide students, families, and staff toward positive outcomes during the school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in New Jersey
• Background in school-based psychological services, including assessments and counseling
• Experience working with early childhood and elementary students is highly valued
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Provide case management for 40-50 students, ensuring their educational plans are monitored and implemented
• Deliver counseling services to small groups or individual students (2-8) to support social-emotional well-being
• Collaborate with educators and support staff in the development and execution of intervention strategies
• Consult with families to foster home-school connections and advocacy for student needs
