Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or related field)
- Familiarity with assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies for students K-12
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and parents
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, observations, and interventions for students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide group and individual counseling services
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Support school-wide initiatives to promote wellness and academic achievement
