What We're Seeking:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting student assessments, psychological testing, and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) evaluations
  • Skilled in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to travel within Newnan and nearby communities
  • Enthusiasm, empathy, and a student-centered approach

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive and behavioral assessments
  • Participate in MTSS meetings and contribute to data-driven intervention strategies
  • Develop clear, comprehensive evaluation reports to share findings with multidisciplinary teams
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support instructional planning and student success
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Provide expertise during eligibility meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
