Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a K-12 educational environment as a School Psychologist. Two positions are available for the upcoming academic year beginning August 3, 2026, and running through June 7, 2027. Situated near Pendleton, IN, this role offers a 35-hour workweek with two possible schedules: 8:50 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 am to 2:20 pm, providing flexible options to fit your preferences.
As a School Psychologist, you’ll impact the lives of students by fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth. You will serve a varied caseload—adapting support based on current needs—and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to build positive student outcomes.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Indiana School Psychologist credential or eligibility required
- Prior school-based experience highly valued, especially with K-12 populations
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and behavioral intervention
- Ability to work collegially with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communicator with students, families, and school staff
- Flexible approach to manage varying caseloads and dynamic environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational programs
- Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Collect and analyze data to assist with academic and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with teachers and administration to address student and school needs
- Support crisis intervention and provide consultation to families
