School Psychologist in Peyton, CO

Step into an important role supporting K-12 students for the 2024-2025 academic year as a School Psychologist. This full-time, contract opportunity is located near Colorado Springs and is ideal for professionals who are motivated to make a difference in a dynamic educational setting. You’ll collaborate with students, educators, and families to promote positive outcomes across the district.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed or certified School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
• Proficiency in conducting a variety of psychological assessments
• Strong report writing and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with staff, students, and families
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support and intervention strategies is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student needs
• Write thorough, compliant psychoeducational reports
• Participate in the development of IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide consultation to teachers, counselors, and administrators to support academic and behavioral interventions
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Promote an inclusive, supportive environment within the school community
