Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (required)
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and develop impactful recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support students’ educational plans
- Deliver direct counseling and consultation services to meet students’ social, emotional, and academic needs
- Contribute to multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and positive behavior interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Support compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
