Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (required)
• Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and develop impactful recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support students’ educational plans
• Deliver direct counseling and consultation services to meet students’ social, emotional, and academic needs
• Contribute to multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and positive behavior interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress monitoring
