School Psychologist – Full-Time School Position | Camden, Pennsylvania | 2026–2027 School Year

Seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a full-time school-based position in Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is available within a K–8 charter school setting and is ideal for a dedicated school psychologist who enjoys supporting students through assessment, consultation, and collaboration with educational teams.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • School Setting: K–8 Charter School
  • Student Population: Approximately 950 students
  • Special Education Population: Approximately 200 students receiving special education services
  • Support: One additional full-time School Psychologist already on staff
  • Pay: $50.45–$62.55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications


Responsibilities

  • Complete initial evaluations and reevaluations for students receiving or being considered for special education services.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
  • Support the development and review of student evaluation reports and recommendations.
  • Participate in 504 plan meetings as needed.
  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret evaluation results.
  • Provide consultation and support to staff regarding student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with the existing school psychologist and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while following district, state, and federal regulations.


Qualifications

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure to work in Pennsylvania.
  • All required state credentials and certifications necessary to provide school psychology services in Pennsylvania.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
