Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Strong understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students using appropriate assessments to identify academic and behavioral needs
• Interpret testing results and communicate findings to teachers, parents, and administrators
• Design and support interventions, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and 504 Plans
• Consult with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and academic outcomes
• Lead and participate in crisis intervention and mental health initiatives within the school
• Support a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
