Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• State of Arizona School Psychologist certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments
• Knowledge of federal and state special education laws, including IDEA and Section 504
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement targeted intervention strategies
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Provide direct and group counseling for students as needed
• Collaborate to design behavioral and intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Offer crisis intervention and support prevention programs within the school community
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation per regulatory guidelines
