Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or license appropriate for Arizona
  • Experience performing assessments, counseling, and intervention in school settings
  • Familiarity with PK-8th grade populations preferred, but open to broader backgrounds
  • Strong ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
  • Skilled in data-driven evaluation and developing individualized student plans
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving student and school needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create IEPs and plan services for students
  • Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students
  • Consult with teachers and parents to develop strategies that promote student success
  • Promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment that fosters growth for all learners
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
