Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license appropriate for Arizona
- Experience performing assessments, counseling, and intervention in school settings
- Familiarity with PK-8th grade populations preferred, but open to broader backgrounds
- Strong ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
- Skilled in data-driven evaluation and developing individualized student plans
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving student and school needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create IEPs and plan services for students
- Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students
- Consult with teachers and parents to develop strategies that promote student success
- Promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment that fosters growth for all learners
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
