This full-time contract opportunity, starting August 6, 2026 and continuing through May 27, 2027, offers a dynamic and supportive environment in a district committed to enhancing student well-being. Assignments are available at various elementary and high school campuses, each providing unique experiences and an engaged learning community.

Skills and Experience Sought:

  • Valid Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist certification
  • Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students, including conducting up to 12 evaluations per day
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite; experience using Synergy is advantageous
  • Comfort administering evals using pen/paper
  • Demonstrated initiative, independence, and the ability to immediately adapt to new settings
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students ranging from elementary to high school
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding appropriate interventions and supports
  • Develop recommendations for educational accommodations and behavior strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
  • Flexibly support multiple campus sites as needed
