Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology required
• Active, state-appropriate credentials to practice as a School Psychologist in Arizona
• Current and valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Proven experience in school settings or with youth populations preferred
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to provide services across multiple district sites as assigned
• Ability to carry out comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and maintain accurate records

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full spectrum of psychological services to students including assessment, counseling, and consultation
• Collaborate closely with diverse faculty, families, and support staff to design targeted intervention strategies
• Evaluate and interpret student data for the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Promote evidence-based practices for academic, behavioral, and social–emotional success
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation meeting all regulatory and district standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams, offering expertise for student evaluations and eligibility meetings
• Foster positive and inclusive learning environments across the district
