Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology required
- Active, state-appropriate credentials to practice as a School Psychologist in Arizona
- Current and valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proven experience in school settings or with youth populations preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to provide services across multiple district sites as assigned
- Ability to carry out comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and maintain accurate records
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full spectrum of psychological services to students including assessment, counseling, and consultation
- Collaborate closely with diverse faculty, families, and support staff to design targeted intervention strategies
- Evaluate and interpret student data for the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Promote evidence-based practices for academic, behavioral, and social–emotional success
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation meeting all regulatory and district standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams, offering expertise for student evaluations and eligibility meetings
- Foster positive and inclusive learning environments across the district
