Skills & Qualifications:
- Current or pending School Psychologist license (candidates with a license in process are welcome)
- IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Proven knowledge of assessment, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring in K-12 settings
- Strong communication skills for working with students, educators, and families
- Adaptability, empathy, and commitment to educational achievement for all learners
- Previous school psychology experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans to support diverse student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide guidance and consultation
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise on eligibility and educational planning
- Foster a positive, inclusive school climate by implementing evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
