In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, using your skills to provide tailored support and interventions. You’ll be a crucial part of the student services team, contributing your expertise to foster positive academic and emotional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs and recommend appropriate supports.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings to develop, review, and update student plans.
  • Oversee and coordinate out-of-district placements.
  • Contribute to Manifestation Determinations (MDRs) and support the MTSS process.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure comprehensive student support.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona School Psychologist Certification (required).
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card (required).
  • Previous experience in school-based psychological services, especially with PreK-8th grade students, preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt and provide high-quality service in a flexible, school-oriented setting.
