Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible Arizona School Psychologist certification
- Previous experience with general education and students receiving speech services preferred
- Familiarity with foundational skills or intellectual disabilities classrooms is an asset
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver services across diverse students with varying needs
- Comfortable managing reports, evaluations, and IEP documentation
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological and academic assessments for K-8 students in a general education and two foundational skills classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers, speech pathologists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans
- Participate in eligibility determinations and contribute to the creation of IEPs
- Deliver consultation and intervention support for students, staff, and families
- Document services and maintain compliance with relevant policies and timelines
- Offer crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed
