Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, behavioral interventions, and response-to-intervention frameworks
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer direct and consultative services to support student social-emotional well-being
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students as needed
• Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
• Facilitate workshops and trainings on topics such as bullying prevention, behavior management, and mental wellness
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
