In this full-time, contract-based opportunity, you'll work closely with a single member district, providing invaluable support through approximately 75 assessments, including initial evaluations and file reviews. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential
  • Previous experience working in K-12 settings, with a passion for supporting diverse student populations
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to handle an average caseload involving both initial and file review assessments
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural differences, particularly within Native American communities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, including initials and file reviews
  • Prepare and present clear, accurate reports to multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers in supporting student success
  • Provide consultation on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
  • Act as an advocate for students, ensuring equitable access to services and supports
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation according to state and district requirements
