Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychological and educational assessments
  • Comfort with counseling, consultation, and behavioral interventions in school environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEP and 504 plan processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychological evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
  • Support development of interventions and strategies tailored to individual students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help create educational plans
  • Deliver counseling services for students, both individually and in groups
  • Provide crisis response, consultation, and resources to staff and families
  • Offer training and support to teachers about learning, behavior, and mental health
  • Monitor and report on student progress and outcomes
