Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and implementing interventions
  • Strong familiarity with IEP process and special education laws
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrative staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Participate as part of the multidisciplinary team, contributing expertise in the development and implementation of IEPs
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ mental health and behavioral needs
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Consult with educators and families to create effective intervention strategies
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor student progress
