This full-time contract opportunity invites you to apply your expertise as a School Psychologist, guiding learners at both the junior high and kindergarten levels. Desired Background & Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible School Psychologist certification
  • Strong assessment, data interpretation, and intervention planning skills
  • Experience working with elementary and/or junior high student populations preferred
  • Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with parents, teachers, and administrators
  • Ability to balance workloads across multiple buildings efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for diverse student needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Facilitate proactive group and individual counseling sessions
  • Provide crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, and support to students and staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
  • Lead and participate in meetings across both the junior high and kindergarten buildings
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other stakeholders to promote positive educational outcomes
