Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current Michigan School Psychologist certification required
  • Strong background in conducting educational and psychological evaluations
  • Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and report-writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Provide recommendations for educational programming and behavioral supports
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expertise on students’ needs
  • Travel between sites as an itinerant professional, managing a varied caseload
