Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Texas
  • Experience working with K-12 students, ideally with a focus on middle school populations
  • Strong ability to administer, interpret, and report on psychological assessments
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and community partners
  • Demonstrated skill in crisis intervention, counseling, and supporting student mental health needs

Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

  • Work 20 hours per week on a flexible part-time schedule (contract)
  • Provide direct psychological services to students, including assessments, counseling, and intervention planning
  • Support student learning and development by participating in IEP and 504 meetings
  • Serve as a trusted resource for teachers, administrators, and families, offering consultative support and strategies for academic or behavioral success
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, ensuring the well-being and growth of all students
