Desired Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist
• Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Commitment to diversity and ability to build rapport with students from varied backgrounds
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
• Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver group and individual counseling for students to address emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
• Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to promote strategies that support student success
• Lead crisis intervention and provide immediate support as needed
• Advocate for students’ needs and promote positive mental health practices within the school community
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
