Certified School Psychologist - Portage, MI

Make a positive impact supporting students across multiple grade levels as a full-time School Psychologist. In this contract role, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to ensure K-12 students receive the services they need to thrive academically and emotionally. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive student evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and providing expertise to other school staff as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification
• Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
• Certified School Psychologist credentials required
• Background conducting student evaluations and assessments
• Familiarity with school-based service settings
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological services and assessments for K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations and support the development of IEPs
• Travel between school sites as an itinerant professional
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Support crisis intervention, counseling, and student well-being initiatives
