What You Bring:

  • Current Michigan School Psychologist certification (required)
  • Proven experience conducting assessments and developing recommendations for K-12 students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for teaming with educators, families, and support staff
  • Adaptability for an itinerant assignment, traveling between schools as needed
  • Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive psychological services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Interpret testing results and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult with school teams to plan and implement targeted supports
  • Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to students
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state policies

This position offers a compensation range of $55/hr to $58/hr. In addition, eligible candidates may receive healthcare benefits, as well as housing and meals/incidentals support during their assignment. Further details regarding the healthcare benefits plan will be provided after application.
