Certified School Psychologist in Portage, MI

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students, assessing cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the development of effective learning plans and interventions
• Serve multiple schools within the district, providing itinerant services as needed
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations clearly with staff, administration, and families
• Support the design and implementation of interventions, and monitor ongoing progress for students on caseload
• Uphold all ethical practices and comply with state regulatory requirements

Desired qualifications:

• Hold a valid Michigan School Psychologist certification
• Experience providing psychological services in K-12 educational settings is highly valued
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and comfort with an itinerant arrangement
