Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Familiarity with IEPs, MTSS frameworks, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students ranging from elementary to high school
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design effective intervention plans
- Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development
- Participate in meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional growth opportunities
