Qualifications:

Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Oregon
Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
Strong understanding of assessment tools, intervention techniques, and special education processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all professional duties

Key Responsibilities:

- High School Caseload
- Provide consultations, facilitate IEP meetings, evaluations, and counseling services
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, interpreting results for students, parents, and staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative services to students exhibiting learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges
- Offer crisis intervention and contribute to positive behavioral supports within the school community
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records according to policy guidelines
- This assignment is onsite and offers full-time hours (37.5 per week), allowing for consistent engagement with the school and student population
