What you'll bring:
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist, with experience in educational settings
- Strong background in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation for elementary-aged students
- Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days virtually each week (Thursday required as in-person)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and families
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize student needs effectively
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support IEP goals and student success
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services to students and staff
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in a timely manner
