Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Washington State School Psychologist License required
  • Previous experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse K-12 populations
  • Ability to work onsite; remote or virtual service is not considered for this position
  • Strong collaborative skills and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate students’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs within a school setting
  • Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions and individualized educational programs
  • Support positive learning environments and advocate for students' mental health needs
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings as necessary
  • Maintain meticulous documentation while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards
