Key Qualifications:

• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting, preferably at the high school level
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Familiarity with special education procedures, IEP development, and eligibility determinations
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations with empathy and professionalism

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to determine student needs
• Interpret assessment data and provide written and verbal reports
• Participate in eligibility, intervention, and IEP meetings as an active team member
• Deliver individual and small group counseling to support students’ academic and emotional development
• Consult with school staff and families on effective classroom strategies and interventions
• Assist in crisis prevention and response, fostering a safe and supportive school climate
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all practices

This is a 37.5 hour per week, on-site role—remote and hybrid options are not available. The caseload will be determined prior to assignment, ensuring candidates can effectively manage and support student needs.
