Certified High School School Psychologist in Raeford, NC

Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist in a contract position just outside Raeford, NC. This is a full-time opportunity offering 37.5 hours weekly, where you’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Active NC School Psychologist license
• Experience or certification working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting student evaluations and assessments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Familiarity with K-12 caseload management
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and re-evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
• Interpret assessment results and present findings to support IEP and eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, parents, and administration to support student growth
• Provide recommendations and interventions to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with district and legal requirements
• Support district-wide initiatives focused on student well-being and learning
• Offer consultation, training, and resources for staff and families as needed
