Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid School Psychologist license in North Carolina
  • Experience working in school settings (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Strong background in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to diverse student populations and varying educational needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer evaluations and assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Interpret test results and deliver meaningful reports to support educational planning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop appropriate interventions
  • Provide recommendations and strategies to teachers and families for supporting student development
  • Assist with crisis intervention and consultation as needed
  • Stay current on best practices, regulations, and resources in school psychology
