Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Graduate degree in School Psychology or related field (Ed.S., MA, or Ph.D.)
- Experience in school-based psychological assessment and formal report writing
- Skill in conducting evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
- Knowledge of and participation in MTSS or RTI processes
- Strong interpersonal communication and consultation abilities
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices in a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students
- Participate actively in MTSS team meetings to develop and monitor interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student plans
- Contribute to the creation of educational, behavioral, and social-emotional programs
- Interpret testing results and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Support compliance with school and district policies, and applicable state/federal laws
