Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Graduate degree in School Psychology or related field (Ed.S., MA, or Ph.D.)
  • Experience in school-based psychological assessment and formal report writing
  • Skill in conducting evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
  • Knowledge of and participation in MTSS or RTI processes
  • Strong interpersonal communication and consultation abilities
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices in a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students
  • Participate actively in MTSS team meetings to develop and monitor interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student plans
  • Contribute to the creation of educational, behavioral, and social-emotional programs
  • Interpret testing results and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support compliance with school and district policies, and applicable state/federal laws
