You’ll collaborate with engaged teams and families, lending your expertise to assess needs, craft intervention strategies, and help nurture a positive learning atmosphere. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Certification as a School Psychologist in Michigan (or willingness to swiftly obtain MI licensure prior to start date)
  • Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide psychological evaluations for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development and mental health
  • Contribute to mental health programming and wellness initiatives within school buildings
  • Support positive behavioral interventions and consult on best practices
  • Engage with 1–2 school buildings, depending on assignment, as part of a supportive, district-wide psychologist team

This role is exclusively onsite, offering the opportunity to work face-to-face with students and staff for the 2026–2027 school year.
