What We’re Seeking:

• Active Michigan School Psychologist Certification
• Prior experience in educational or school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills for teamwork with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload across grade levels
• Familiarity with MTSS frameworks and best practices
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive and compassionate support

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with teachers and staff to support student academic, social, and emotional well-being
• Participate in the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) process, offering insights and recommendations
• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Provide behavioral consultation and targeted interventions to address student needs
• Deliver mental health counseling as necessary, helping students develop strategies for success
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes
