A school district in Renton, WA is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract position involves working 37 hours per week, fully on-site, from late August 2026 through mid-June 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to inform educational planning.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized support strategies.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of special education programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or certification.
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.

Location: Renton, Washington
