Qualifications & Experience:
- Active School Psychologist licensure for the state of Ohio (required)
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a school environment, collaborating with students and educational teams
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions for adolescents
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence when supporting diverse populations
- Ability to contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services to junior high school students, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support positive behavioral interventions and school-wide wellness initiatives
