Exciting contract opportunities are available for School Psychologists seeking to make a lasting impact during the 2026–2027 academic year. Seeking dynamic, full-time professionals to support student success in key areas near Richmond, TX. These roles serve approximately five campuses each in South Houston or West Houston, working on-site with consideration for hybrid (remote report writing) arrangements.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Active Texas School Psychologist license/credential required
- Must submit a current license snapshot and a redacted report with your application
- Demonstrated school-based experience is essential
- Commitment to full-time hours (37.5 per week) throughout the academic year
- Reliable transportation to multiple campuses within assigned region
- Ability to complete required HISD fingerprinting within three days of contract signing
- Preference for candidates with experience supporting diverse K–12 student populations
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and support services to students across five campuses
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive outcomes for students
- Develop and implement interventions based on data and best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and special education team processes
- Complete timely, thorough documentation and report writing (hybrid option available for reports)
- Support compliance with district and state requirements for special education services
