Qualifications:

• Active Virginia state School Psychologist license
• Experience with K-12 populations, particularly elementary students
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluate students’ needs
• Develop and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with educators, families, and staff to recommend strategies for academic and behavioral success
• Provide direct support and counseling to students individually or in groups
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Maintain records in accordance with state and federal regulations
