Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience with psychological/educational assessments, IEPs, and behavioral interventions
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret results for students referred for special education services
• Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
• Consult with educators, parents, and support staff to develop tailored intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions and plan development
• Facilitate crisis intervention and contribute to behavioral support plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
