Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to identify students’ strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success and well-being
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid State School Psychology credential or license
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Experience conducting assessments and delivering interventions in K-12 settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the Richmond, VA region to serve multiple school sites
