Step into a dynamic educational environment as a School Psychologist for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Working from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, you will split your time between direct school site engagement three days a week and focused evaluation responsibilities two days a week. Your expertise will help shape a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Specialized training in educational and psychological assessment
- Experience working in a school setting or with diverse student populations
- Strong understanding of IEPs, RTI, and MTSS frameworks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
- Interpret assessment data and recommend strategies for student success
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom interventions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to families in a supportive manner
