Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in counseling, assessments, and development of IEPs/504 plans
• Solid understanding of educational law and ethical practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to the diverse needs of school communities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for students across all grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Provide counseling and intervention strategies for students, including crisis management and behavioral support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and provide consultation on academic and behavioral concerns
• Support multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and positive behavioral intervention initiatives
