Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for students referred for academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns
  • Participate in student support meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective educational plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Deliver consultation and guidance to staff on student learning, behavior, and mental health
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with local and state guidelines
