Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and developing IEPs
• Strong knowledge of behavioral and academic interventions for diverse learners
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families
• Ability to work independently while following school guidelines and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological and educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans and behavioral interventions
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
• Support the development of safe, positive, and inclusive learning environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
