What you’ll bring:

  • Michigan School Psychologist certification or eligibility
  • Proven ability to conduct evaluations across all grade levels, with a focus on elementary students
  • Collaborates effectively with fellow psychologists and interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) or similar intervention frameworks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience participating in IEP and student study team processes

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive student evaluations to inform educational interventions and eligibility decisions
  • Share responsibilities with two other psychologists, promoting an equitable workflow and supportive team dynamic
  • Conduct student observations and provide actionable recommendations to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and student study teams as needed
  • Liaise with school staff and families to implement and monitor effective interventions
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to state and district standards
