Key Qualifications:

• Current Michigan School Psychologist certification is required
• Previous experience as a school psychologist or related role strongly preferred
• Proficiency with observations, performing evaluations, and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Skilled in collaborating during IEP meetings and providing expert behavioral insights
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to assist with educational planning and interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering valuable input regarding student needs
• Lead and document detailed behavioral observations and FBAs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to formulate individualized recommendations
• Deliver guidance for student interventions and follow-up support
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and school policies
